Do START > RUN then type CD\ and press Enter, then type TRACERT
www.projectpluto.com This will trace the rout of all the hops of your
request from you to the Guide web site. Once the list starts showing '*'
two or three lines you've reached the problem point. To stop the treacert
press CTRL+C to end it, close the Run Cmd window.

There has been a problem out in California for about a month, I cannot get
to Robin Casady's web site, www.robincasady.com although I can eMail Robin
at the same place without trouble. You may be running into the same problem
