I haven't the foggiest as to why you can't get through to the
site. As a partial workaround, I've duplicated the update page at

http://home.gwi.net/~pluto/new.htm

where you can read about the update and download it.

This may not fix the problem, though, because projectpluto.com
and the above site go through the same ISP, and may share whatever
problem is occurring. If so, let me know, and I'll e-mail both
'new.htm' and the update file to you (the latter is about 942 KBytes).

You mention that "...I haven't been able to access the Project
Pluto webpage for months..." Do you get any sort of error message?
("Site not responding", or "page not found", or "Norton doesn't
think you should be looking at this page", or... ?)
