I think you'll need to get the current "in-testing" version from

http://www.projectpluto.com/new.htm

The A2.0 problem is very definitely related to this: the server
stopped working, and the new version gets A2.0 from VizieR (same
as all other star catalogues now). The DSS problem is, I _think_,
related to this; there were some quirks on STScI's end that I
had to work around.

If you try the version at the above URL and are still running
into issues, please let me know.
