Hello Bernd

As can be seen in my original query, I wanted a second CCD camera chip (ie, one
guide camera) displayed. The guide FOV in the SX AO unit is co-linear in RA but
offset in dec - relative to the main (SXV) camera.

I can manage with the extra rectangle but if it can be removed, so much the
better.
