I cannot seem to download the UCAC-2 stars from Vizie-R in a small area
of sky of Sagittarius. I have been able to download other areas using
the GUIDE menu option in the past. Is there a VIZIE-R server problem?
Or am I forgetting to do something. (I do have the labeling turned on).
