Hi Bill,

I'm not making guide.dat "read-only", just mark files. I often
spend considerable time getting a mark exactly the way I want it, and
wish to save it as read-only. Later, if I do want to make changes, I
have to go through the whole process again. However, this does work
fine, so if it would be difficult to toggle, it isn't worth
it. Maybe I'm just being lazy! <G>
