Sorry for my not so clear explanation of the "trail bug"!

Very well, the "bug" is gone! :-)

Personally, I prefer to be in total control of index marks and labels
of planet trails and program output at large (one of the many
features the user can find in Guide), but i can live with the present
behavior (the very last update of 2008, march 12).

And now a "new feature" request: is it possible to have an animation
interval "automagically" calculated equivalent at consecutive days
with the sun at the same height over (or under) the local horizon?
Naturally, the height of the sun will be user inputed... ;-)
