It's by John E. Westfall of ALPO, and is published by Cambridge
University Press (www.cup.cam.ac.uk or www.cup.org) though I ordered mine
from Amazon (www.amazon.com or www.amazon.co.uk)

It is in 2 parts :-

Section I. Terminator Observation and Interpretation - which offers advice
on observing and imaging (with still and video film and CCD) features along
the lunar terminator, as well as explaining the different kinds of lunar
features.

Section II. Atlas - which consists of photo mosaics of the terminator at
47 different phases (2-3 photo mosaics and labelled map inserts for each
phase) arranged in ascending order of colongitude.
