I just looked at the MPC observable comets list for Feb 08 and 75P is not
listed. I seem to remember looking for this comet several years ago
without success. I think that the elements are way out of date and the
comet has been taken off of the list. It is no longer included in the list
of comet sutible for the Guide program and you may be looking at the list
of comets that came with the Guide8 disk which is now several years old.
