Hi Roger,

It _could_ be that you are running into a problem because MPC changed
many of their URLs a while ago. The old ones were still valid for a while,
but have gradually been abandoned. To fix this, get the current 'in-testing'
software from

http://www.projectpluto.com/new.htm

Alternatively, you can just download this small file (about 2 KBytes)
to your Guide folder:
