Hi Bill,

Okay. But can I still add places to the regular cities database the
way I did before? I don't mind doing it the "hard way", but I'm not
sure if the *.ecu files for the milIion places DB are now being used
for all locations. I can just use the center cross to mark the
centered location if necessary. But is there a way to toggle it
between black and white?

Also, what is the current Delta-T default in the June 6 version? I
need to refer to the specific equations, but want to be sure they're
the same as on the Project Pluto website.
