I use Extras > Make .BMP File all the time making charts. No Tool Bars are shown, just the Navigation box at the lower left.
One thing I've found though is Photoshop doesn't like the BMP file unless it is first saved in another application, 'Inrecognized
File Type'...joe :)

I believe I used to know a hotkey full-screen toggle, but don't
remember it and can't find it on the hotkey list. I'd like to use
this for screen captures without toolbars, legend, etc. Does anyone
