Could I ask you to send me a screen shot via private
e-mail? I'm not clear on exactly what you're seeing...
I gather you just see the application title bar saying
"Guide 8.0", and the menus and toolbar, but no chart?

What happens when you try to resize the program, or use
the maximize button?

Also: is this behavior happening even with the updated
software from the Web site?

There aren't a heck of a lot of Vista users out there yet.
Obviously, I'd like to quash any issues before zillions of
people run into them... unfortunately, as the old saw goes,
"the pioneers are the ones who get stuck full of arrows."
