Hi Bill,

Could Pete selectively rem out lines by putting an "#" at the front
of each line instead of deleting it? That way the lines would be
easy to find if he wanted to restore any comets he might change his
mind about . I use WordPad to open guide.dat with an icon on the
desktop right next to the icon for Guide itself. I just exit Guide,
right-click, use Open With, and reboot Guide. Quick and easy.
