Hi Josch,

You _could_ go through the process you suggest, using
"Go To... TDF Object... USNO A2.0 data (downloaded from ESO)".
You could then enter, for example, "0975_03141592", and
find that particular star. That is, Guide would find it
_if_ you had downloaded the data for that star.

The method Bertrand suggested, which gets the A2.0 data
from the full 6.3 GByte dataset, is usually a lot easier!
