Thanks for pointing out these changes. (And thanks to Larry
for pointing out that the format is picky; as he mentioned,
you have to use spaces, not tabs, and update the total number
of lines.)

I've made the changes you described, and have posted a
revised 'timezone.nam' at

http://www.projectpluto.com/timezone.nam

Download that, and you should be all set. (Similar versions
for other languages will probably be ready tomorrow. I'm holding
off only because it looks as if some of the things being discussed
on this list will result in other changes to the language files.)
