I've just posted the "official" update at

No real changes from the last "in-testing" version. I've documented
the CMC-14 download function. I expect that the problem Gerhard Dangl
reported with disconnecting an ASCOM scope, then attempting to access
that scope from other software, will probably still arise. I also
expect that in some circumstances, lists of satellite passes will be
either missing (as Jari Suomela found) or incomplete (as Masaki Kouda
found).

It appears these problems are rare, which probably accounts for
the fact that I can't replicate them. So I've decided to go ahead and
post this update. It certainly fixes some issues found in the previous
version, and adds plenty of nice new features.
