taking mostly the bumph from this aavso notice here
http://www.aavso.org/publications/specialnotice/37.shtml
itself based on IAUC CBET 890
paste this into galnovae.dat in RA sorted order position
N Cyg 2007 2007 20 28 12.52 +41 48 36.5
6.7 V 18.1 r N: A.Tago
(unwordwrap it to one line, the first line ends at the 36.5, the
spaces at the second line's start are real).
The 18.1 r at minimum bit is my estimate coz there's an usno a2.0 and
usno b1.0 object at spot on this position which could be progenitor,
but there ain't nothing official on confirming that.
If it turns out _not_ to be a nova, delete the line at that time, if
it does get confirmed update the N: to N, and insert the variable name
in the appropriate column. It'll likely be V2363 Cyg if confirmed,
unless I've missed one somewhere.
Cheers
