Incidentally, GSC2.3.2 access was back when I tried earlier, as was a
lot of other archive.stsci.edu and MAST stuff, and although the DSS
links now also seem to have returned a quick test shows 'em leading to
the error pages rather than images.

However, I'd guess it should come back in time, as opposed to it being
due to a format or service change, as the downtime was supposed to be
to do with electrical work, not server or software updates. Something
probably just needs rebooting (as in kicking again)
