RE: [guide-user] LX 200 commands

Bernd,
The usual way to switch off the RA drive on the LX200 is to put it into
"land" mode. In the classic, there are three modes - polar, alt-az and
land. Land mode is presumed to be used when the scope is used for viewing
distant objects on the earth where motors running would move the scope away
from its aim point. I don't know if there is an option in TOOLBAR.DAT to
switch to land mode in Guide.

Subject: [guide-user] LX 200 commands

Hello,

in a german ccd-mailing list the following question was asked:
Is it possible to switch off the RA motor after the telescope slewed to the
park
position? Is there a list with all functions of the LX 200 command set?

Is there an entry in the TOOLBAR.DAT, which can be activated?

Clear skies
Bernd
