Re: HK Lup, V1279 Sco duplication

?????

So you GO TOed V1279 Sco, which GO TOed okay, but V1279 Sco wasn't
displayed, but HK Lup was?

That's what I'd thought you'd said. Ignore the GSC star altogether,
if you've gone to V1279 Sco that's Bill's new feature working, if
you're not displaying V1279 Sco's label, that's the new feature having
a problem, and if it's displaying HK Lup that _might_ be the new
feature not knocking the old CD GCVS data on the head properly.

Ensure any GCVS TDF in TOGGLE USER DATASETS is turned off, by the way,
as using that with an older iii.dat, possibly named gcvs.dat, or in
another directory instead of the guide one, would display HK Lup,
however that situation would have displayed both HK Lup _and_ V1279
Sco. New iii.dat, which you've likely placed in the Guide directory,
will not contain displayable data for HK Lup, and you can't have two
different iii.dat files in the same directory, coz of "you already
have a file called that", but you are stating you are GO TO variable
the new data and get displayed the old... ?

Cheers

John
