Hello Guiders

I agree that this is primarily an English language group and I can see the
point that it will get confusing if posts from lots of languages are made.

Unfortunately English is the language "du jour". If the internet was around
at the turn of the century it would all be French (wasn't that the
"universal language of science" back then?) and before that Latin...

I hope I haven't introduced any confusion, I was just trying to "marry" two
of my interests at the mo with other Guiders who may also want to do the
same thing.

So from now on I will post in "Australian" English and will hopefully
continue my french studies by private email.
