Thanks for catching this. I've fixed the link on the 'new' page to
point to the actual GCVS data, at

So far, I've had one comment about the new version, from Jari Suomela.
He's found that it mostly works, with some problems in artificial
satellite handling (the lists of "rise/set times", shown when you click
for More Info on an artificial satellite or use Tables... List Satellite
Passes, are empty). I'm working on this.
