Hello Bill,

I just discovered the following:
When measuring in geomode (right click and move the mouse) the position
angle is always about 8 degrees to small (e.g. 352° when measuring a vertical
line up (north), 172° when measuring due south (should be 180°)). There is no
difference wether I measure in the center of the image or at the right or left
border. I measured in the north western part of germany (8 deg east, 52 deg
north) with a field size of 1 deg. The projection is stereographic.

Is this a bug or do I misinterpred the meaning of the displayed PA? What is the
reference, geographic north or something else?
