Hi Jerry,

If you look about 90% of the way down the list of toolbar buttons
shown in Settings... Toolbar, you'll see these five items:

Focus in (LX200)
Stop focus (LX200)
Focus out (LX200)
Focus fast (LX200)
Focus slow (LX200)

Turn these on, and the five toolbar buttons will appear. You may
want to select them individually and set hotkeys for them.

Now, if you're feeling a bit bold... I've documented at

how to activate some additional LX-200 related functions. In
particular, the GPS and newer Autostar scopes support the ability to
set four different focuser speeds, instead of just "fast" and "slow".
By default, those options don't appear in Settings... Toolbar, but as
you'll see, it's not tough to activate them. (If you do so, please
let me know if they work! One reason they aren't activated is that
they're untested.)
