Help fellow Guide users!

After being away for a little over two months I fired up Guide8 and
noticed that it appeared to be running very slowly, the cursor sstays
busy for about 15 seconds after making any selection. I had some
outside help and the suggestion was to go into Display...Data Shown
and turn things off noting the effect (condensed version).

To keep a long story short it appears that Comets and Asteroids are at
the heart my problems. I thought perhaps updating those elements would
get Guide back to speed but that does not seem to have worked. I have
also noted that when attempting to select a Comet that the resulting
window after the magnification selection window is nothing but a
blank, that is up to and including magnification 22.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
