Thanks for the info on MoonView. Maybe someone who is a programmer
will tackle finishing it. It's a really neat program, but I can see
why it's not high on your list. It sounds like a major project.

After switching to the 18 September 2006 version, I get frequent
Guide 8 MFC crashes. They sort of come and go. It's worse with the
Full-Screen command (alt F1), in fact it's gotten to the point where
Guide crashes every time I use the alt F1 command. Incidentally, this
command is not on the hot key list, but it is on the dropdown Toolbar list.

Where can I change the color of the center cross? I'd like to make it
yellow, the default color doesn't show up very well on eclipse maps
unless the cross is in a totality path.
