Sorry, it was my failing. My XP system made a storage as "tle.hee.txt" and
so Guide8 used the old file. Now it works.

Its great to have this feature and we can use the large file ALL_TLE again.
Sometimes dim SATs are on exposures or are rushing through field of view.
Now after some years of impossibility we can again identify such SATs.
