if you are not online with your computer at the observatory you can also
download the file(s) here and save them to your harddisk for later distribution:
http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/iau/Ephemerides/Soft02.html

Put the comet file (Soft02Cmt.txt) in your Guide folder and under |Extras| |Add
MPC comets/asteroids| click on the link in the last row and choose the file from
above.
