that is a problem: the connection to Internet in the observation place, solventable with a pencil or stick of memory usb.
**The main problem that encounter, is that the MPCORB is instantaneous events for a date, but the elements change, if update separates much from the date of observation, we can have positions very different even not to find the asteroid or commits.
Therefore: the data of the second CD for my are important, but some times seem not to act.

So does the PC have to be connected to the web to get comet data ?
If so, is there another way as the machine I run Guide on isn't online.
