Hi folks,

I use the 29 May 2006 version of Guide8. Comet C/2006 T1 has been
figured out to be periodic, thus it is P/2006 T1 in the lates MPC comet
(soft02cmt.txt) file. When I "Add MPC comets to Guide" (through the net
or by loading the file) the P/2006 T1 is loaded, but not displayed. It
is shown in the list shown by "edit comet data", but not in the GOTO
comet list. The only way to load the new data into Guide is to manually
rename "P/2006 T1" to "C/2006 T1" in the soft02cmt.txt file and load
this file to Guide.

I realise that this has been implemented on purpose to avoid comets
being displayed twice, but in this case the P/... comet should get some
kind of priority to the C/... comet. There should be definitively some
way to manually delete or exclude double comets in Guide 9.
