I've always found the following web app extremely useful for that sort of
data:
http://imagiware.com/astro/skycalendar.cgi
Just remember to enter your longitude as h m s instead of degrees. Then you
can copy and paste into another file if you'd like. A fixed format font
like Courier works best.

Hi Group,
What's the easiest way to create a table of sunrise and sunset times at my
location for a period of one or several months? Is the technique general
enough so I can create similar tables of moonrise and moonset?
For very short periods, I have been capturing data in an Excel spreadsheet,
but I'm sure Guide can do better.
