RealSky works just fine now.

I still would like to know what RealSky renamer is use for.

A few people would like to have the option to select a displayed FIT
image, name it and save it into an user defined folder or CD or DVD. If
required the image can be loaded into Guide using the Add DSS Image
function. This would be very useful for downloaded FIT images worth
keeping in the event of hardrive failure. Backup is easily maintained
and would possibly save tedious future download.
