I see the problem with missing proper motion arrows for UCAC-2
stars... I should be able to fix that without too much trouble, I think.

I _don't_ see the problem with oddly formatted proper motion data
for UCAC-2 stars, though. Could I ask you to click on a star, then
'more info', then 'Save', then send me the file, so I can see what
you're seeing?
