I think this was covered only briefly, at best. It's discussed on

As is mentioned therein, the file 'user_loc.txt' contains some
example locations plus instructions on how to add your own.

(There are other ways of doing this, such as editing the file
'geonames.dat', the list of world cities shown by Guide on eclipse and
occultation maps. But 'user_loc.txt' is a better way to do it.)
