Hi Judith,

Put disc 1 in the CD drive, click Extras, see if "Miscellaneous
Tables" has an asterisk. If not, click on tha line, then click Okay.
If it already has an asterisk, click to remove it, click Okay, then
start over and put the asterisk on the line.

Hope this helps, it's what I did.
