Help ...
I can not get guide to open up,
Here is the what I get when I try to start Guide 8.0 (latest update),
running Windows XP Home Edition:

guide8.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x7c901010" referenced memory at "0x00000034". The
memorycould not be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Clicking on either gets me nothing.
