Where can a GUIDE user get a GUIDE-formatted txt file with the P/73
fragments orbital elements listed? Is the file in the "files" section
still current, or where can I find a more recent set of oribtal
elements?

.....or I have found the elements at different places like JPL and
such, but what is the file layout used by GUIDE? What field starts in
which column?
