I should had that the "new elements" are suitable for observations
in a close future but I think old ones are more reliable for
observation lets say after the 20th of April.

As the orbits are different with the new JPL elements, the fragments
will tend to separate from the straight "string of pearl", which I
think is unlikely.

You have to take care in the prevision of future positions the orbit
for some fragments are based on really few observation.
