I'm a long satisfied Guide7 user, but some times with small difficulties
And now I will be pleased for some help, answers welcome here.
I hope that this one be simple
Problem:
Windows XP, last Guide7

I couldn't figure out why in the last days, I am not able to get new DSS
images downloaded from internet!

I get the A2.0 data from net nicely displayed, but not de DSS ones.
I get no error report, guide after some normal seconds, re-screened but the
image did not appear anywhere, I couldn't find it even in the directory
files.

Any thought on how to deal with this?

I also found another small oddity detected here, is that the "GET_DSS.EXE"
task, get lost as reported by the window task manager in the case I pressed
cancel, with one task per event accumulated.
