Bill is right. There are not enough observations yet to compute an orbit. It seems likely that this is Sekanina's Fragment B in this paper:
http://cfa-www.harvard/edu/icq/sek_icq_V27_225.pdf but it is not certain. The current frragment is about 12 arcmin from the predicted position. Sekanina's model returns the distance and position angle relative to the main comet, not the orbital elements so you will have to work with the predictions in the IAU Circular for now.
