Hi Mike,

The Minor Planet Center will probably determine a separate orbit for
this object; it's done that in the past with fragmented comets. It
doesn't appear to have gotten around to doing that yet for this
fragment, probably because it's not been observed very much yet. Once
it does so, though, you should be able to use Extras... Add MPC
Comets/Asteroids, click on "Click to download updated comet data", and
see the fragment.
