Hi, Bill,

Today I once again am unable to run Guide; it is prompting me for a
disk in the CD drive. The only remedy is for me to reinstall the
entire program. Bill, this is the 3rd time this has happened to me in
the past few weeks! At one point you mentioned you could write a patch
for this bug. Please let me know when that's available. In the
meantime, I'm just not going to use the software, as this is too
frustrating and time-consuming for me to deal with. Thanks.
