Yes right on
I entered the elements from several of Steve's list of asteroids then deleted the
matching asteroids in the "edit asteroid" window and the positions of the objects
reappeared in a much closer position to Steves objects. the average error was
less than 2 arcseconds.

Certainly good enough for most purposes.

I am amazed that you have produced a program that can produce such exact results.
