As Bernd indicated, it's the second number that should be bumped up,
from 400 milliseconds to (say) 2000 milliseconds.
No, Guide doesn't indicate that the scope is moving. As best I can
tell, it has no way of knowing that the scope is moving... though it
occurs to me that at least some Meade scopes might be able to tell you
where the scope is while it's moving. That is, when using the "toggle
scope location indicator" option from the toolbar, you'd see the symbol
for the scope location move across the sky, eventually stopping when
the scope does.
And your Gemini scope might have that capability, or it might not.
I'd give it a try and see what happens.
