Thanks very much for your encouragement!!
Unforunately I don't get an additional button, I tried also other *.bmp
insteas of 17 (some of which I kn ow are there) but still no result..I
see it in the toolbar option, it is "on" but doesn't appear...
any hints?? Can somebody else perhaps try it??
