RE: [guide-user] Horizon

Too easy, got rid of the plane and the cactus, and rearranged the contours.
Just need a couple of bright comets now to complete it to perfection. Thanks
to all for the info.

Regards, Jim.

Jim,

Use 'notepad' or any text editor to open the horizon.dat file. The objects
are actually in the 'objects.dat' file. At the bottom of each file is
information on how to edit and customize the horizon look.

Hope that helps.

Me too, can you tell me what you use to open and edit horizon.dat, I would
love to get rid of that aeroplane and add a couple of hills to suit my
horizon.

Jim Gifford.
