I don't know any update later than 2005 June 21. I was running under the 2005 March update until last days, and have just downloaded the 2005 06 21.
I don't know also if this one includes the trouble-shooting you're speaking about. I have tested all main menus, and it seems every thing runs well, excepted the add a trail option, in the setting menu. When I click on, say, an asteroïd as Ceres, then add a trail, I see the new option, "round to nearest step", but when I click on the "add a trail button", no trail happens on the screen.
I am not sure this will help you very much, but perhaps Bill ?
I'm running under Windows XP, SP2.

It was the beta at http://www.projectpluto.com/new.htm I had a problem
and Bill sent me a version with a trouble-shooting routine to help him
solve it. I don't know if what he has currently uploaded as the "almost
ready" beta includes this trouble-fixing routine or not. Bill?
