Indeed, the elements for 2003 UB313 (and others that Bill montionned in
an earlier message, like 2005 FY9 AND 2003 EL61) are not in the ".txt" lists
we can download from
http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/iau/Ephemerides/Soft02.html.

But they are *with very low precision* in the lists available at
http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/cfa/ps/lists/TNOs.html (2003 EL61, 2005 FY9)
http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/iau/lists/Centaurs.html (2003 UB313)
http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/iau/lists/Others.html

These ".html" lists are said to be updated daily. Perhaps the ".txt" ones
needed by Guide and available from Soft02.html are updated less frequently
or maybe there is another reason. I have no idea. Does somebody kown ?
