I think I found the answser to my own question about accessing the
second CD. I opened the startup.mar file in Windows WordPad and looked
for references to the CD drive. I found two of them listed below;

18 drive F:\
63 real CD F

Those are the original and the drive letter was actually a second CD
drive I had attempted to set up. I never could get it configured so I
unplugged it. I changed the reference to drive 'F' to 'E' which is the
actual designation to my first CD drive. I am wondering about the
second line though. Perhaps someone would be kind enough to enlighten
me.
